Many people I know at the moment are stuck in the old, the old that is crumbling at this time. The way we may have done things last year or last month, are no longer working. We are in a time of great change, it is much like trying to keep up with the internet changes, it is almost impossible for the average person. The trick is to get out of our own way and step into the flow with faith and trust for a better world. I find concrete steps for me are to take time to meditate and to be conscious in my daily living. There are people in my life that interupt my flow by being who there are, I give thanks to these people as they are the ones showing me the places I need to change. When I encounter people who are not as I want them to be, I know this is a moment for me to learn, to understand more about me. And no it is not always easy when an emotion comes up that I don't like, when I feel angry or frustrated, yet the more of these emotions I have, I know the bigger gift I am receiving.
Take time though I must to understand this part of myself.
Here are the steps I personally take to understand, let go and move forward.
1. Forgive the other person and myself. I do this as I trust in reflections and know there a part of me that is like what I am seeing and that I don't like it, so I forgivce myself for being like that.
2. I spend some time writing about it and trying to understand what it is I am seeing, so that I know what change to make.An example would be, if I am not liking the amount of time there are spending with me, then I look at how much time I am spending with the part of myself they are representing,
3. I work at changing my thinking, by putting in new intentions, affirmations and being conscious in catching my own thinking that is not in alignment with what I want to create.
I know that I am finished when I begin to see a new result!
In doing this, I step back into flow till the next interuption and opportunity for me to do it differently.
I thank all the flow stoppers in my life! You are my biggest angels, thank you all for being a part of my life.

So much has happened in the last month, I have returned to Vancouver Canada, from my winter in the south, it is always an interesting reintegration process when one doesn't actually have a home to return to. It takes a little faith and the ability to go with the flow!
I began my return with a wonderful house sit in West Vancouver, then moved onto another one in West Vancouver, I have just moved to a new house sit in a wonderful apartment at 41st and Victoria in Vancouver.
I know there are exciting things to come as I can feel them inside me waiting to be born into physical reality!
In talking with people, I am finding more and more people ready to embrace this gypsy life style, I am not sure why yet but I find it interesting, people just letting go of the norm, of safety and the known. I am sure it is pushing us all forward to something new and exciting.
If you have been feeling the calling, I strongly recommend that you go for it, as it is a vibrant and alive lifestyle full of adventure and learning. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to be a leader in this new way of life. Learning to listen to your inner knowing and your body is different than what most of us were taught. I find just waking up when my body wants to is different from learning to awake to an alarm clock. Since I have become more tuned into my body, I have found it to be very informative in many ways. It tells me what I need and when I need it, and when I choose to listen and follow its guidance, things flow very nicely. I found it was not an easy task at first to hear it as I had learned to over ride it so many times. I am happy to be reconnected to my body and its inner mind.
It is not for the faint of heart, learning to listen to ones body and intuition and following what one is told.
We are all so used to using the mind to guide us that we have forgotten the pleasure of hearing the body's guidance.
Practice today listening to your body, start with simple things, go to the bathroom when it tells you to rather than waiting till you have time, feed it and listen for when it tells you enough, most of us over ride that first sensation. Try to rest when it asks you to rest! Make your body important today!
Our bodies are an important part of our guidance system.
I know I got off on a tangent there and left my initial place of telling you about my changes.
I am honouring my body at this moment and my other internal guidance, as it leads me along a new pathway of discovery.
I find as I listen and act as I am asked to by my guidance system, that life is easy and joyous and I am well on my way to discovering heaven here on earth!

Does it ever stop these days? I think there is one thing we can be sure of at the moment and that is change. The energy just doesn´t seem to stop moving these days, as soon as I get through one transition, there is another, where and when will it end, or will it?
I am sure it will at least slow down soon and I know better things are coming but yeesh at the moment, it is hard to keep up and maybe that is why my computer has been down for the past two weeks, allowing me to keep up with the shifting energies!
All shifting and changing energies aside for the moment, we are moving into a much better place, a time where we will be delighted with our creating capabilities and the wonderful new things we can create. Life will be changed as we know it, and I believe for the better. Many things that we have seen in sci fi movies of the past will becoming reality and many things we have no need to create.
I see many countries beginning to come together to create a more unified earth, our days of fighting are slipping behind us. I know many will say I am naive but I can feel it yet I don´t have the details of how this will happen. I have learned enough though to trust the information. Many of the light workers I know are now working on laying the grids and the groundwork for this unification.
We are all going to become more helpful and cooperative with each other in order to conserve our depleted energies and resources. We will see the earth begin to regenerate herself as we stop raping her and begin respecting her in new ways.
There is so much possibility present at the moment, that we need only be clear on what it is we wish to create, although I am getting that our wishes and desires must be in alignment with cooperation.
So hang in there, enjoy the ride as much as possible, keep meditating and opening your hearts and soon we will be experiencing a much different earth than we may have thought possible.

The new energy is rapidly moving us forward. The quake in Haiti is bringing people together from many different countries to give assistance. Unfortunately it has taken something of this magnitude to get us working together as one, but new bonds are being made and many new and wonderful things will come out of this tragedy. I hope many can get the message that it is time for us to start working together as one with out any further tragedies needing to be created for us to get it.
The time of oneness is upon us, we are all people of this planet and we must learn to work together in order to create the changes that are needed. We need to see ourselves as connected rather than as individual countries or people, we are all looking for the same thing, love, peace and joy. To this end we can be of great assistance to each other and even more importantly it only takes each of us working on our own energy to create mammoth change in the whole.
If you have not yet adopted many of the new ways of thinking and are still sitting in the old energy, I encourage you to get on board, work on changing your thinking and changing your ways. There is plenty of information out there these days to give you an idea of what you need to work on.
Choose to listen, don´t be stubborn, learn to let go of the old and embrace the new.
You will be happy you did and you will be contributing to world change and world peace.

2010 has arrived, it will be a year of amazing things for those who are willing to take responsibility for creating their lives.
There is so much change in the air that is is not funny. I personally am looking forward to my new assignment which is Oneness! I am not yet sure of what that will look like but I know it will be a new fun adventure. I know that I will be busy laying the ground work of things to come. The coming together of nations as one and the people of the world as one, I know that is the ultimate goal but I will be working with inidividuals to lay the ground work before moving onto larger groups.
These are very exciting times we live in and I look forward to assisting with the grand plan.
As individuals we can each work on healing our energy and bringing more love into this world.
Taking responsibility for our creations and how we interact each day with the people and the world around us.
Are we loving in all of our relationships and our interactions with others, if not, we still have things to work on, in order to create more love and understanding in our world. The exciting thing is it is possible, one person at a time, to create a wonderful new experience of living here on earth.
Some may think it Polly Annish but that is my role here, to carry the light into the darkness, helping others to see the possibilities that exist.
So with my light shining as brightly as I can make it, I move into 2010 and my goal is to light as many other lights as possible this year in order to bring a new order to how we do things.

It is December and 2009 is drawing to a close and what a year it has been! A year of change and growth, I am here in Hermosillo Mexico and continue to embrace my own changes and assist others with theirs. I have grown immensely in this time. I am becoming a part of the all that is, or maybe it would be more appropriate to say I am recognizing that I am all that is, as is each and every one of us.
I continue to embrace my changes, letting go and growing and allowing myself to be real present in it and to accept the unknown into my life. I do not have a need to know why or to wonder how but to just accept what I feel to be the truth.
This is such a different way of thinking to accept what i feel to be true for me without my logic needing to analyze it. I find though in embracing this space that I move and grow in an amazing way! Things I never even thought about or imagined possible are happening for me, in many different ways. I never thought about being part of the cosmos, in the sense that energetically I can feel it, and own the immenseness of it. This is very different than thinking about it or knowing it with my logic or brain. When I allow myself to feel it in all the cells of my body, I own it in all the cells of my body, In owning it in all the cells of my body, I am it, it is no longer a thought but a deep, amazing connection.
Ths is the direction we are moving, owning our connection to all that is rather than thinking about it with a very small part of ourselves. It is in owning it, that we will spring forth into new areas, that we previously knew nothing about.
I am very excited at this time for all that is about to transpire and looking forward to 2010 and the many new expriences that I know I will have.
May your 2010 be just as exciting as we step into the new and unknown.

LIfe is always changing when one is a gypsy, especially a divinely guided one. It takes a great deal of patience, trust and not knowing and being comfortable with that.
I am still in Hermosillo Mexico, and will be flying home to Canada for Christmas, I have been told by some of my intuitive friends that I should pack my car with all of my belongings when I go to Phoenix to fly as I may not be returning right away. This throughs me into a bit of a tizzy as I have not completed all I need to here in Hermosillo, but I do know that often my best plans do not always move in the direction I set out upon.
I am checking in to see what message I receive on this, so far all is good and I feel I will return but who knows for sure. Hermosillo is a six hour drive from Phoenix so it will be a bit of a drive for me to come back and collect my things if I have to travel some where else before returning. I think I will just trust that I have what I need with me and let it all unfold as need be.
I am taking my associate Ceci with my to Vancouver so I need the space in the car for her and her stuff too!
Life is always a grand adventure these days and I never really know where I will be heading next. Trust me that some days I think about having a home again and settling in, this adventuring and assisting in changing the world is not always easy work.
Yes there are some perks but as in everything there are always pros and cons!
The trick is to find the joy in the adventure and the brilliance of the newness!
May your life be full of blessings and joy as you transition towards 2010.

I tried to update on here last week but it wouldn't work so hopefully this week will be better.
An Nov 11th fast approaches, we are moving into a time of great change, Nov 11th will herald the opening of the stargate into the Crystalline Age, where we will move further into consciousness and being directed by our heart. Our logic will no longer be the centre of our personal universes. We are coming together in oneness, embracing our connection to all that is.
This is a fabulous time to be alive and to be experiencing the all that is.
When we can step fully into our consciousness and our divine being we move into a place of ease and great wisdom. Channelling information from the all that is into this dimension we will move through life with new meaning and new ways of being. Get ready to experience joy, abundance and love in all areas of your life.
Anything else is old thinking and no longer needs to be held onto.
We are alive and we are joy. Open your heart to the light of love within you and you will change your life in untold ways.

Powerful Energy Day 09/09/09. Are you ready?
Today is Sept 9 09, a very powerful shifting day, there is the possibility today to enter the gateway to paradise, in order to do so, you must be willing to let go of negative and victim thinking. You must take responsibilty for all the creations in your life and keep your heart open no matter what is happening or what someone else does.
This is a time for you to truly stand in your power as the creator of your world, are you ready for this? To truly let go of our old ways of thinking and to embrace the new ways of personal responsibilty for your life, an open heart and loving continence for all. This is not an easy task but it is certainly a very worth while one. We have the choice to live in paradise if we so choose but to do so we have to take full responsibilty for our creations at this time.
Imagine living the life you have always dreamed of, all you need to do is change your old ways of thinking, own that you are the creator of your life, yes all of it. You create the dramas, you create the pain, you create the failed relationships, you create your sorrows and your loves, all of it. If you are not ready to embrace this idea, then you are not ready to live in paradise.
We all create our lives with our various thoughts and beliefs, in order to change, we have to accept all of our reflections as ours. That is everything we see in our lives, owning them as our creations, forgiving ourselves if need be and then creating something new. No body is doing anything to us, we are creating it, in order that we may learn and grow. Once we can take full responsibility for our creations, we are able to move forward in leaps and bounds, creating the life of our dreams.
So take a step today, own your creations, forgive yourself if you don't like them and become conscious of what you would prefer to create. Then listen to whether you can believe it possible, if not step back and work on that believe. All is possible, it is only our minds that tells us differently.

Time is moving along, I can't believe it is already August and I havent' updated this since June, it will soon be time to head out on the next journey. At the moment I believe I will be leaving in early October, which I know will be just around the corner. I haven't received guidance yet on what this trip will look like. I have been told to wait until the shift that is happening now is over, I have been told there will be a great deal more clarity in late August early Sept.
I am thinking though that it is time to start sorting my stuff once more, it is amazing what can accumulate in a few short months. I am planning to do my yearly sort of my stuff that has now been stored for 2 years, I find each time I look at it, there is more that I am willing to let go of, it is a big job though but I enjoy the thought of letting go of more.
I am excited for the next journey as it will be an opening of new doors once more and the joy of meeting new people and seeing new places, I find it so easy to want to fall into the known and retrace old pathways, it is so much easier to do what we have done before, I often feel safer doing it this way and must challenge myself to do it a new way. In doing it a new way, I find that I grow in many different ways.
I am not looking forward to packing up once more and loading the car, but I do know as soon as I am on the road I wll be excited once more for the adventure. I recently went to Bellingham to pick up my daughter form the airport and felt the joy of being on the road again.
I have been enjoying my time here in Lions Bay this summer, we have had beautiful weather and I have loved being at the beach and connecting with old friends and neighbours.
As the shift this week completes I will get new information to you as receive it.

Today is the start of something new, or should I say the continuation of the journey. I have been guided to blog about my experiences and journeys and the Guided Gyspy in order to inspire others to connect with their own guidance within and to begin to live their dreams. I can't believe five months has gone by since I last wrote here, amazing how quickly time flies!
I am back in Vancouver Canada and working on so many different projects. I am available for coaching or speaking, I have re-started my young womens support group, I am working on some new videos to post on my website, I am assisting in organizing a retreat I am leading in Mexico in Oct and also working on my third book The Guided Gypsy. I am busy yet finding time to be at the beach and remember to meditate and relax.
It is sometimes a crazy world out there, I think the most important thing is to let go of the guilt when taking time to meditate and relax, it is so easy to get caught up in all we need to do.
Staying centred is important though, very important, as this is the way in which we find the peace and contentment. When we are constantly busy, we become our of touch with our inner world and overly connected to our outer world.
How does one prioritize to find that time of peace.
I find for me it is deciding what is really important. Is everything more important than my relationship with myself or is my relationship with me most im
portant and the rest will get done as it does.
When I am in a place of trying to get it all done due to some worry or another, I find I become stressed and irritable, nothing works well and the work is difficult. When I take time for me, things flow with a much greater ease and fluidity.
It is not always easy to put ourselves first when others need taken care of and the bills need to be paid but I have learned that the world does not fall apart when I take time for me, it continues on and I feel rested and centred and much better able to handle it.
So take time for you, find your centre and call me if you need help or would like to learn more and grow!
I have lots of information on making changes, finding peace and moving forward in these challenging times.

I was checking out my website and realized I hadn't written a blog since November, my apologies.
I am still in Hermosillo but my friend was homesick and departed for Vancouver in late December. I have started teaching classes here on connecting to ones' intuition. I am enjoying working with the Mexicans and amazed at the quick progress many of them are making. They are truly ready to embrace change. At the moment I believe I will be here till the end of Feb or beginning of March and then begin to make my way north. I am likely to stay in San Diego for a couple of weeks.
As for 2009, I have been growing rapidly, stepping further or deeper into my power. The energy this year is supportive of us, cleaning up old thoughts and ideas, so we can step more fully into our higher vibrating selves. If you have been feeling unwell or tired in the first part of the year, you are likely preparing to shift. Pay attention to your thoughts, are they positive or negative? Which ones are you going to feed or use. This is very important, as universal energy is supporting us more strongly than ever, it will though support whatever you choose to believe. Remember that 97% of our thoughts are unconscious, so it is important to see what you have created in your life, to know what is contained in that 97%.
If you are not completely happy with your life, start consciously feeding your mind with thoughts of what you do want to create. Being conscious will be the biggest gift you can give yourself this year. You are the one in charge of creating your life, do it consciously!
I am working diligently on creating many wonderful things for myself and my clients this year! 2009 is going to be the grandest year ever! I look forward to connecting with many of you soon.

Well I thought it was time I added some new information. I have rented a house in Hermosillo Mexico with my friend. We got a deal, the house had been vacant for a few months and needed a little fixing up, so whe have fixed it up to the tune of $500, which will cover the rent for the next two months. It was a good deal for the owners and for us. It is a great two bedroom house in a typical Mexican neighbourhood. We have a mechanic next door that does a roaring business, so there are always cars and men outside! Very nice people but not too much English. Communicating with people can be funny with my limited Spanish, I am learning more though and gaining confidence in my pronunciation. Undrstanding a little more but not always able to make sense of a conversation yet! I went to a spiritual talk last night that was in French with a Spanish translator, that was interesting, trying to understand something from two languages I know only a little about. I am better at the Spanish!
Every day is an adventure here, from the moment I wake up, to the cars going by selling something by broadcasting on a megaphone, to the marching band that plays at times, the buses going by and the children in the school yard across the road. The childrens voices are fun, it is the teacher on the megaphone that often wakes me. Un, Dos, Tres and then something else, they stay at it the whole time the kids are outside. I have no idea what they are saying other than that. We are always trying to guess that they are selling from the trucks, cars and bikes that go by. One truck plays a very funny childrens type song,It always makes us laugh. I will have to try and buy something one night soon, just to see what he is selling! It is quite fun to live somewhere that one oftens has no idea what is going on outside!
I am meeting lots of very interesting people and just now starting to connect with the spiritual community, it has taken a few weeks to find them. I am well on my way now though and will be setting up a class in the next week.
Of course I am enjoying all of the Mexican food, we went to the beach last weekend and indulged in seafood, it was fabulous. The weather was spectacular and I went swimming in the ocean, beautiful! My friend owns a small hotel at that particular beach so we got to stay there for free, it was right across the street from the beach! The sunset was fabulous as it always is in Mexico.
We finally got internet at our new home, so am much more able to keep in touch now. It is so much better to be able to work when I wish to, rather than jus the couple of hours I was spending at Starbuck's. I am sure they are missing me there and wondering where I have got to, as I have been there every day for the past two weeks!
My good friend Luis is opening a new restaurant here, so I have also been helping him with preparations. I am busy most of the time and loving the adventure of being here.
I got my hair done last week by a Mexican fellow, he is an energy worker as well as a hairdresser and gives one an energy session while doing the hair. It is quite an experience! At one point he had my two friends and I layed out on the floor of his salon which is just a small room. It was an amazing experience and helped to shift each of our energy. I will be going back for more experiences I am sure. I meet the wackiest people and love every minute of it, they are all so interesting, certainly not white bread!
We had a spirit visit this morning, some cookies got moved off of a plate and then the plate got moved, while we were in the house, very strange but not scary, we are waiting to see if it lets us know it is here in any other way!
Well that is the adventure for the moment, I hope you are all shifting as the eneryg trickles down your way!

Mexico, what can I say, there are many challenges for a Spanish impaired Canadian and her more Spanish impaired friend!
So far we have managed and arrived in Hermosillo which is 3 hours south of the border below Tucson. Buying gas is a challenge to make sure one gets what one wants, many tricks here to fool one! It took us 3 days to buy the car insurance and then weren't all that happy with the price in the end but we finally got it!
We are looking for a house to stay in at the moment, have seen a couple but haven't found the right on yet. Practicing driving like a Mexican which is challenging for a good polite Canadian, I keep stopping for the pedestrians, I think they must think I am idle brained! The Mexican people though have been nothing less than wonderful in assisting us. I have my Mexican cell phone now and have found a wonderful Starbuck's near where we are staying at the moment, where I can use the internet for the price of a drink. They are beginning to know me I have been here so often. It is right beside a Walmart and I can not believe how crazy the Walmart is. Today is Tuesday and we ventured in there around noon and it was very busy, the lines were crazy long!. Tonight it must be even crazier, it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot even, cars are lined up on the streets. And the funny thing is the prices aren't even that good, in fact some things are downright expensive compared to home! Not sure of the big attraction.
We went to Costco today and it was really quiet there all except the food area which was packed. Pizza was pretty good! We finally bought a map so we could quit getting lost, funny thing was that we made the same mistake today as yesterday and ended up where we didn't want to be. Albiet we were comiing from a different direction than yesterday when we made the mistake but we ended up in the same place as yesterday! Had a good laugh!
We are laughing lots at all the crazy things that happen and the crazy conversations we have with people as we all try hard to understand each other!
Spiritually we are both growing lots and learning new things about ourselves. I am doing quite a bit of work helping some of my Mexican friends to understand the changes that are going on and to adopt new pathways! It is fun and I am very happy to be able to help! We are definitely exactly where we need to be.
Anchored a great deal of light in the US and am happy to hear that at this moment Obama is winniing the election, hopefully to stay in the lead. I have had some great conversations wtih Americans about the election and look forward to them embracing new change! I don't think my work is done there yet and feel I will be up there again assisting in some way. I know there is more to do yet, but I am very happy with all that I have done on the way here!

We have been on the road for two weeks now. Hard to believe! The San Diego chapter is coming to a close on Wednesday when we will head off to Phoenix and up to Sedona!
I have enjoyed San Diego immensely, getting to connect with my friends who I have not seen for 9 years. Have also been doing lots of work anchoring light in various places. We went out to some of the beaches north of San Diego on Saturday, had to go to Carlsbad for some light anchoring and to leave one of the rocks I had brought from Capilano Canyon! It was a wonderful experience and a fun day at the various beaches and little towns! I am glad I get to have fun while I am working!
Weather here in San Diego has been fantastic, 25 to 30 degrees every day! My friends have a lovely pool at their house and I have been making good use of it! Processing lots around how the universe is out to love us and that we are the ones that get in the way. You will hear more about that later! Looking forward to the next segment of the journey. I have been gone a week now, it is hard to believe that that much time has gone by. Seems like I just left a couple of days ago! Arrived in Las Vegas last Monday, didn't manage to make it to the hotel till 5pm and had to leave by 5:30pm to get to the Mirage to see the Cirque du Soleil show Love. Had to leave an hour before we were due there in case we got lost. Managed to get there sooner though. The show was fabulous, although Shauna had told us what costume Tal would be wearing and we didn't see it till the very end. We were high up so it was hard to tell which one was him. Saw his solo but it would have been better if I had known it was Tal before hand rather than after. Shw was very good though and I really enjoyed it! A little bit tired though as I had been up since 7am driving to get there on time!
The next day we went to the SPCA to see the dogs and cats, there were quite a few, then we went to see the house Shauna and Tal are buying. It is lovely and has a pool in the backyard! Very Vegas! That night I went with Tal and Shauna to see Mystere, another Cirque show, it wasn't as good as Love. We went to the Venetian afterwards and saw the canals and boats and wandered in the shopping area, lots to see everywhere.
We went the next day to Old Las Vegas for breakfast, it was more our speed. Gentler energy. Then we went and saw more dogs and cats at a different shelter, there were tons of them, unbelievable, hard to imagine that many could be homeless. We also went out to Whole Foods for lunch and to buy a few things. I think we wanted to see if there truly was another part to Vegas that was a bit more wholesome. We also visited a new age book store, that was interesting. That night we went back to old Vegas for dinner and a little further exploration.
The last day I visited some friends from Vancouver at the Flamingo and then headed off to see a bunch more of the hotels. I visited Caesar's Palace, where I saw a movie being shot, then I went to the Bellagio, my favourite of all of them. I also shopped at the Forum shopping area. Then I went to the Paris one, I forget it's name but the Eiffel Tower is out front. After that one I shopped at the Miracle Mile and had lunch, and watched a rain shower happen indoors! Then I went to New York New York, it was a pretty neat one too, reminded me of when we went to New York, made me miss my friend Cindy. After that I went to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay but didn't really like either of those. I walked for about 4 hours touring all the hotels, probably didn't see half of what there was to see.
Thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the sun everyday by the pool for a while, weather was fabulous, hot enough but not scorching! Friday we left in the morning for San Diego.
We arrived in San Diego in the late afternoon to my friends lovely home, which we are house sitting for the weekend. We have a little pug named Gracie and two cats to keep us company! Went out with a friend of mine for drinks and then dinner, so nice to see my friends here after so long!
Today was a day to relax and recuperate, I think I slept till 10:30am, then got up and just hung out by the pool for a few hours. After that I went out to explore some of the local shopping and get lost a few times trying to find my way! The joys of travelling! Expect I might be here a week! Nice to relax and take it easy a bit, without any driving for a few days! Anchoring light in many places as I am guided to. Did quite a bit in Las Vegas and enroute there. It is day two today and we have arrived in Weed Northern California. Didn't manage to leave North Vancouver yesterday until 11am. I had to go to Capilano Canyon to pick up some rocks to bring and leave in designated areas. Screwed up the job already, missed leaving one in Eugene Oregon, not going back to do it!
My travel partner had a little trouble getting through customs, but eventually made it, it was 1pm by the time we were on the road! Oh my God! Then we hit the rush hour traffic in Seattle, that is an experience, it started by 2:18pm and continued on through Tacoma and Olympia. We arrived in Tumwater just below Olympia at 6:30pm and called it a night as it was raining so hard we could hardly see! We had just over 4 hours of rush hour traffic, crawling for most of the way! Maybe a lesson in patience!
Slept well, stayed at the Motel Six, my new friend. The price is right at $55.00 for two. One can get internet for the day for $3.00. Left at about 10am this morning after a nice walk and breakfast. Drove for 3.5 hours in some of the worst rain I have seen, couldn't see the road at times, it was like a hail storm with continous rounds of extremely heavy rain! Stopped in Eugene for a break and a little shopping, didn't buy anything but enjoyed the break. Drove for another 4 hours after that. Very tired, had dinner at a litttle pizza place here in the roaring town of Weed California. We are going to Panther Meadows on Mt. Shasta in the morning and then heading further down California. Checked on the internet and it is still another 10 hours to Vegas, so we won't likely arrive there till sometime Monday, must be there before the evening though as my ticket for Cirque is that night! May have more exciting information after the visit to Panther Meadows tomorrow, is supposed to be a very spiritual place! Looking forward to it!

Our fears rule us and keep us locked into our present reality.
We have learned to allow our fears to rule our world. When we hear of fearful events or happenings, we change the way we do things, we like to think we learn from what happens. Yet, we are controlled by what happens. If someone gets hurt in a particular area of town, many will avoid that area. Being in the area was not the reason the person was hurt and does not mean you will be hurt by going to this area. We create what happens to us, when we are able to fully grasp and live this idea, we feel much safer in our world and know there is nothing to fear.
Think of all the things you would like to do. How many times are you stopped by a fear? How many times do fear based words come out of your mouth? Learn to stop and think about what you are saying, are you thinking in a positive loving way or are your words fear based from something you have heard about or something that has happened previously. When one continues to think the same way or uses previous information to decide the future, one creates what is already created.
Learn to step outside of that box and create what you truly want, by knowing and believing you are safe. Think thoughts that will take you where you want to go. If thinking you don't have enough money, stops you from doing what you want, start saying I have plenty of money to create my dreams. If you are afraid to travel alone, say I know I am safe while travelling and I enjoy my adventures! We create with what we think, so start now to change your thinking. Stop letting fear rule what happens in your life. Listen to your words, stop using fearbased words and in their place use words that trust the universe and all that is in it. You are the creator of your world. Take back your power and create what you want.
